Vila PINE is a huge 1000 m2 house for a big family with four kids. It accommodates all family members with the highest comfort — all in their own suites. Moreover, Vila PINE fits four persons of personnel living together with the family. The house was designed by Olga Dokina on a top of a sand dune in a pine forest, facing the Baltic Sea. Stone facades, huge windows, 6 meters high ceilings in the social area and the views — a true masterpiece of architecture. The house is big, but it is so well-fitted on the dune, so it looks almost invisible and light — a perfect example of respect to the location and context.
